The association ARACEM (association of refouled from Central Africa in Mali) assembles and welcomes all refoulés/deported Central African nationals living in West Africa in order to consolidate the bonds of solidarity and mutual aid.

Its objectives are :

• Taking care of rejected/deported persons
• Denouncing Human Rights Violations and Discrimination
• Encouraging and facilitating the voluntary return of migrants to their countries of origin
• Raise awareness of the risks, dangers and consequences of illegal immigration.
