Global Chance is an association composed of scientifics who share the conviction that a balanced development in the world can only result in the awareness of the threats on our global environment.

In respond to these threats, Global Chance puts the competences of its members at the service of a multiple and contradictory public expertise, in order to identify new collective responses in scientific, technic, economic, financial, politic and regulatory, social and cultural fields, and in a spirit of solidarity, of humanism and democracy.

Global Chance aims indeed, more than ever, to act in favor of a democratic appropriation of collective stakes, linked to energy, environment and development.
