Plateforme altermondialiste is a Quebec collective aiming to strengthen the reflection on neoliberalism 2.0 and to outline the paths that alterglobalism, in its various forms, could borrow. Our project is to participate in this reflection that has been manifested in different places for some time.

We consider alterglobalism at the plural. It is for us unequivocal that this characterization identifies movements that have distinct characteristics. Nevertheless, we also conceive that as a move, more than a movement, and that the word alterglobalism must be considered as an inclusive denomination, just like the notion of human being. Therefore, when used in the singular, it must be interpreted as composite.
