After the Global Security Law, the bill establishing the principles of the French Republic, known as the "Separatism Law", constitutes an unprecedented attack on the foundations of our republic and threatens our most fundamental freedoms.

Faced with these liberticidal policies, academics and associations launched an appeal on January 21. For them, the text proposed by the government and carried by the French Ministry of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, aims to provide a framework, control and sanction more associative action.
