The World Social Forum and renewed forms of activism Summary

, by  Dufour Pascale

For over a decade, the WSF was a political and social incubator taking into account the diversity of experiences and movements. Since, the challenge of articulating how the world of "organizations and other forms of collective action work in planning events and mobilization, has become more important in the context of the expansion of collective forms of action around the world. The dispersal of the struggles and logistics to organize a national event now raise the question of the sustainability of the Forum.
