Is Quebec independence still a valid cause today? It is a cause that divides and no longer seems to capture the attention of the majority of young people, not to mention the opposition of racialized and migrant populations.

During the February 24 debate, André Frappier and Sibel Ataogul expressed what is currently the opinion of the majority in the left: the hoped-for emancipation is both social and national. For left-wing separatists, the PQ project has had its day.
